Really, really nice gal(yes, even on email). I asked what felt like a tons of questions since I'm pretty computer illiterate and she caught me during finals so there were days where I didn't respond right away but ya know, she took it all in stride and really made me feel like it was not a problem at all. Superb customer service! Super affordable and a dream to work with. :)
