New Character Sheet Design

Hopefully, this will be basically the final version. I removed the color, shifted some things around, added a really cool background image, and re-aligned the magic to be more intuitively placed for making spellcasting decisions.

Thoughts?

Next up on the sheet front is to make one for the Novarium itself, kinda like a shared character sheet for the whole group.
