What you need:
4 eggs, well beaten
1 1 lb. can (or 2 cups) of cooked pumpkin (like Libby's)
1 1/2 C sugar
1/4 t salt
1 t ginger
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t cloves
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 C butter, melted
1 C chopped pecans
First off, only use the 100% pure pumpkin (it should say so on the can label). Preheat the oven 325 degrees. Next, mix the eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves. Pour into a 13x9x2 pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix on top. Drizzle melted butter over mix, and spread the chopped nuts on top. Bake for 40 minutes, then loosely cover the pan with foil and bake another 40 minutes (1 hour and 20 minutes total). Enjoy!!
