With my little boy finally sleeping in his crib regularly, the time has come to restore the house to it's former glory. The past several months have been too exhausting to get much more done than the occasional "return the house to decent status" cleaning. And a lot of that has been on my shoulders because my wife has been caring a lot for the little kid (let that be a lesson to any of you future daddies out there).
Tonight I did about 3 hours of hard kitchen cleaning. Cleaning baseboards, cabinet faces, stove tops under the burner grills, scraping dried baby food bits off things (drop of liquified green beans + several weeks = granite), and so on.
Sorry for the lack of a sufficiently thoughtful post for you to read. Complain to the 3 bags of garbage I filled up. :)
