My Pink and Chartruese Wedding{Part Two: The Par-tay}

Part one

Here is part two of my
{Pink and Chartreuse Wedding}

So then it was time to change roles from florist to Day of Coordinator.
It was now time for the guests and couple to arrive at the reception.
The Pacific Athletic Club in Redwood Shores is a great venue. Molly and Erica do a great job over there and I hope to one day go back.

As the guests came in one by one we greeted them and helped check them in and pick up their escort cards.
Meanwhile Nina Barbosa came to touch up the bride's makeup and change her hair for the second look portion of the festivities. Nina did a fabulous job and she was so nice! Once I get her info I will update with a link because she was a really great vendor. :)

I took the Brides Bouquet back to the sweetheart table

and checked in on the wedding party to get everyone lined up.

Once we got everyone lined up and the DJ(DJ Aaron from AmosPro) announced the wedding party, everyone took a seat while the couple said their Thanks You's.
They sat down and it was the fathers turn to speak and they were both super sweet!
I love these candid pics I took of the couple as they listened to the toasts.

Doesn't the Gardenia in her hair look good??

During Dinner Terra set up the same day pictures for the guests to view on her laptop.
She is *AWESOME*. I can't say enough about her and her mad skills and you must check out her site, Terra Tabbysovita Photography. It is stunning and she is SUCH a nice person. :)

After a quick bite, the bride and groom went around to meet and greet all their guests.

Then once the last table was done it was straight to the cake.
Nikki from a Tale of Two Truffles made THE BEST most beautiful cake EVER. It was so pretty AND most importantly it tasted soooo good. As soon as she set it up we could feaking smell it and everyone commented on how sweet it smelled and how beautiful it was!

As soon as the cake was cut, we moved on to the first dance.
So much love and happiness * sigh* it makes me sick. JK! They are so cute aren't they?

The final "event of the night was the Bouquet toss.
She decided at the last minute to throw a bouquet and I love this picture because I swear her MOH is stretching out before hand! lol, I love it!

The rest of the night was dancing and then it was time for us to go.

{They lived happily ever after}

So in the end I'm happy everything went smoothly and I am so overjoyed they were pleased with the wedding itself. They seem like a really nice couple and I wish them nothing but the best for the rest of their lives.
I don't think I have met a bride that I instantly connected with like I did with Adie.I will miss our late night gmail chats about weddings and all the funny things we come to find out about the process of planning a wedding. I will miss her spreadsheets the most I think. ;) I have never met a more organized bride! She made my job super easy, hehe. She is great and her handsome husband is equally as great and I'm lucky to have worked with them. I hope they loved their flowers and the night was stress free for them.
