A note on the OGL:
I included a note in the document that Errant is produced under the OGL, with a reference to this website for more information. In most cases of OGL use, there is signficant referencing to the D20 mechanics. That is not the case in Errant. To my knowledge, there is no reference to any affiliated trademarks either. The entire document was written by me, no copied text from any OGL source. Furthermore, I am distributing it for free so the mandate for duplication is also irrelevant. Therefore, I am actually skeptical that the OGL applies to this game. However, given that I am no expert on the law, I am including the OGL and stating that my game will adhere to it. I say this with a slight chuckle in that the idea of them prosecuting me over such matters is extremely unlikely. So here is the OGL document, just so you can see it if you want to.
